The Pilsen and Little Village Preservation Strategy is a comprehensive, community-based effort to preserve the culture, character and affordability of the Midwest’s largest Mexican community. Planned for the Pilsen and Little Village neighborhoods on Chicago’s Southwest Side, the multi-faceted strategy includes: The future East Pilsen, then, may look less like a group of free-spirited bohemians making art and more like a group of creative businesses such as Martinez’s arts classes or Mashallah Ghouleh’s jewelry store. Filling up its empty space is not the only impediment PMI faces if it hopes to re-emphasize arts programming in the neighborhood.

The Chicagoland Chapter provides the opportunity to network with other Project Management professionals and practitioners in a diverse range of industries in the Chicago metropolitan area to share project experiences, effective project management techniques and tools, and valuable lessons learned are among the many benefits. The rapid outbreak of COVID 19 is presenting an alarming health crisis.To ensure health and safety, Project Management Institute has moved to a temporary remote work policy for PMI employees, contractors and third parties for 30 days (effective 12 March through 12 April). In recent years, Pilsen residents have joined forces, rallied resources, and invented new tools with which to challenge their elected leaders, oppose displacement, preserve affordability, and protect the neighborhood’s character. Whether they will succeed remains to be seen. But if it can be done in Chicago, it will be done in Pilsen. Presence Marketing/Dynamic Presence was born from a desire to work in a dynamic and environmentally conscious industry. Because of our awareness of the necessity to take better care of the planet and ourselves, it is our mission to join and support, through open and communicative partnership, those companies who share this goal.
